| just finished watching "how to improve ur sleep" produced by jap
all about the biological clock, if you want to be energictic in the morning n sleep well at night, 3 things you should follow
1: no eating after 10pm
2: have to eat breakfast within 1 hr u wake up
3: should get up every day at around the same time (no matter how late u sleep)
then u will be able to re-adjust ur biological clock well; take time (few wks) if you have a bad bedtime habit (can't sleep at night but sleep in the morning).
so that the biological clocks of the main controller (brain), another main biological clock (stomach) and the rest of clocks (organs &skins etc) will run n rest at the same moment.

| grandma's bro has passed away on friday night.
the reason is still unknown..probably die of illness, after all, he is kinda old
the last time i saw him was few months ago, when i went back to hk...well, should i say lucky for i did go back (didn't go bak for 3 yrs b4 this). at that time, he still looked fine.
he was rich when he was young, and most of his "closed" relatives kept cheating his money. those relatives were so mean of not taking care of him when he had finanical difficulties. except my mother, who always contacted him and took care of him, so he treated us so nice with heart. Of all the relatives, I dun hate him at all (honestly, i dun reali like some of the relatives).
and now, he passed away. i felt sad. i wonder how's his ceremony. shame of some of his relatives who take away his money without taking care of him with heart, not even asking about him.
hope his body transform to other elements and start a new life (cycle) under soil.

| =w= i saw a cat in my working restaurant.... damn cute!! is a v. small kitten
it came since yesterday and stayed overnite..didn't go away~~ does it mean it belongs to ours? >w<
it is so friendly and dun feel scared when we got closer...does it mean it belongs to someone else, and just lost itself? =^=
but anyway, if it didn't go by this wk (we didn't lock it up), it belongs to ours wahahahaha
by the time seeing that kitten, i feel scared if something happened on our last cat, named fat lady (p.s. still alive, just moved to someone's house). Luckily not.... fat fat is still alive^^
